About Slay All Day
I spent a lot of years doing the responsible thing.
I raised three kids, built a career and generally kept all the plates spinning. Dating wasn't exactly at the top of the list.
Then one night in August 2022, I handed my phone to a friend and said:
She opened Bumble. She started swiping. And apparently I had some lost time to make up for.
My first online date was The Golfer. He would be followed by The Country Boy, The NASCAR Guy, The Rock Star, The Professor's Son, The Pirate and enough other characters to make me realize I had accidentally created some very good material.
What started as stories about dating after 50 became something much bigger: sex, relationships, divorce, reinvention, bad decisions, great decisions and all the ridiculous things that happen when you're a grown woman who knows exactly who she is.
Some stories are hilarious. Some are hot. Some still sting.
They're all mine.
Why Slay?
Because women don't become invisible when they hit 40, 50 or 60.
We still date. We still want things. We still screw up. We still change our minds. We still have sex. We still have stories worth telling.
And sometimes we put them on a T-shirt.
